Businessman, investor and public figure.
Member of the Board of the Internet Initiatives Investment Fund (IIDF) Member of the Working group on «Education and science» of the Russian Federation State Council, Member of the Board of Trustees of the Moscow Pedagogical State University.
In 1993 started his career in the banking sector.
From 1995 to 2011 served as the founder and Chief Executive Officer (President) of the largest investment group of companies «REGION».
From 2002 to 2004 served as Vice-Governor for economic development and resource management of the Irkutsk region.
From 2006 to 2016 served as the owner and Chairman of the Board of several companies such as Russian Timber Group, Lesresurs, RusForest AB (Sweden) in the forest-based processing sector.
In 2011 founded the investment company «Nova Capital».
